 Brandon founded Daycool Heating & Air in 2007 at just 23 years old with a simple mission: provide exceptional customer service and build a business that supports both his team and the community. With over 18 years of HVAC experience, Brandon leads the company with a focus on honesty, integrity, and treating every customer like family. When he's not managing operations or reviewing KPIs, you'll find him at the gym, on the boat with his family, or spending time at the Lagoon. Brandon is committed to continuous growth and is currently pursuing his Mississippi State HVAC contractor license. 

 Monica Day serves as Vice President of Daycool Heating & Air, bringing strategic leadership and operational excellence to the family business. Working alongside her husband Brandon, Monica plays a key role in business development, team management, and ensuring Daycool maintains its reputation for outstanding customer service. Her dedication to the company's values and commitment to the Mobile and Baldwin County communities has been instrumental in Daycool's growth and success. Monica is passionate about creating a positive work environment and building lasting relationships with customers. 

Sarah brings a bright, friendly energy to the Daycool team, making every customer feel right at home from the very first call. With a background in customer service and a passion for helping others, she’s always ready to answer questions, schedule appointments, and ensure every client gets the fast, reliable support Daycool is known for.

Originally from Baldwin County, Sarah loves connecting with local families and homeowners. She’s a big believer in going the extra mile—whether it’s finding a quick solution for an urgent HVAC issue or just brightening someone’s day with a warm smile. 

 Travis oversees all daily operations at Daycool, ensuring every job runs smoothly from dispatch to completion. He manages scheduling, quality control, inventory, and technician coordination while maintaining the high standards Daycool is known for. Travis conducts daily briefings with the team, performs quality checks on completed jobs, and handles customer follow-ups to ensure 100% satisfaction. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence keeps Daycool's operations running like a well-oiled machine. With extensive HVAC knowledge and strong leadership skills, Travis is the backbone of our service delivery. 

 Ryan leads Daycool's sales team with a focus on building trust and providing honest, transparent solutions for every customer. With expertise in HVAC system design and energy-efficient solutions, Ryan helps homeowners and businesses find the perfect heating and cooling systems for their needs and budgets. He's known for his consultative approach, taking time to educate customers rather than just making a sale. His goal is simple: ensure every customer gets the right system at the right price. 

 Walt brings extensive HVAC expertise and a commitment to quality workmanship to every job. As one of Daycool's  technicians, Walt specializes in complex repairs, system diagnostics, and precision installations.
