Brandon Day — Founder & Owner

Brandon founded Daycool Heating & Air in 2007 at just 23 years old with a simple mission: provide exceptional customer service and build a business that supports both his team and the community. With over 18 years of HVAC experience, Brandon leads the company with a focus on honesty, integrity, and treating every customer like family. When he’s not managing operations or reviewing KPIs, you’ll find him at the gym, on the boat with his family, or spending time at the Lagoon. Brandon is committed to continuous growth.

Monica Day — VP / Operations

Monica Day serves as Vice President and head of Operations at Daycool Heating & Air. She’s the reason the office runs like a well-oiled machine — working alongside her husband Brandon to lead business development, team management, and the day-to-day systems that keep Daycool delivering outstanding customer service. Her dedication to the company’s values and commitment to the Mobile and Baldwin County communities has been instrumental in Daycool’s growth. Monica is passionate about creating a positive work environment and building lasting relationships with customers.

Sarah Thompson — Customer Experience Manager

Sarah is the friendly voice most customers meet first. She manages scheduling, dispatching, and customer communication — making sure every call gets a callback, every appointment runs on time, and every customer walks away happy. If Daycool feels organized, responsive, and easy to work with, Sarah is a big reason why.

Travis Morgan — Ops Manager

Travis oversees all daily operations at Daycool, ensuring every job runs smoothly from dispatch to completion. He manages scheduling, quality control, inventory, and technician coordination while maintaining the high standards Daycool is known for. Travis conducts daily briefings with the team, performs quality checks on completed jobs, and handles customer follow-ups to ensure 100% satisfaction. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence keeps Daycool’s operations running like a well-oiled machine. With extensive HVAC knowledge and strong leadership skills, Travis is the backbone of our service delivery.

Ryan Waltman — Service/Sales Manager

Ryan leads Daycool’s sales team with a focus on building trust and providing honest, transparent solutions for every customer. With expertise in HVAC system design and energy-efficient solutions, Ryan helps homeowners and businesses find the perfect heating and cooling systems for their needs and budgets. He’s known for his consultative approach, taking time to educate customers rather than just making a sale. His goal is simple: ensure every customer gets the right system at the right price.

Justin "JJ" Joyner — Service Technician

Justin is a skilled Service Technician at Daycool Heating & Air, bringing 8 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC trade to every job he takes on. From diagnosing tricky system issues to handling routine maintenance and repairs, Justin has built a reputation for getting the job done right the first time. He takes pride in clear communication, treating every home with respect, and making sure each customer fully understands their system before he leaves.

A true believer in quality service, Justin combines technical know-how with a friendly, down-to-earth approach that puts homeowners at ease. Whether it’s the heat of a Gulf Coast summer or a chilly winter morning, he’s committed to keeping local families comfortable year-round. When he’s not on a service call, Justin enjoys life on the coast and staying active outdoors.

Cavon West— Install Helper

Cavon West is an Install Helper at Daycool Heating & Air, supporting the install team to ensure every system is set up cleanly and correctly. Hardworking and dependable, he brings a positive attitude and a commitment to quality to every job.

Neelie Oliver— Dispatch

Neelie brings a solid foundation of HVAC industry knowledge to the Daycool team. Her background spans commercial restaurant equipment and chiller repair and maintenance, along with residential experience — giving her a well-rounded understanding of what our customers and technicians deal with every day. She previously worked in customer service at Mr. Cool, where she developed strong communication and coordination skills. Neelie is ready to keep our dispatch running smoothly and our customers taken care of.

Crystal Roberts — Dispatch

Crystal is a Dispatcher at Daycool Heating & Air and often the friendly first point of contact when you call in. With 6 years of experience in the trade, she knows how to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes — coordinating technicians, scheduling service calls, and making sure every customer gets the help they need as quickly as possible. Organized, calm under pressure, and always upbeat, Crystal is the kind of team member who keeps the whole day on track.

She genuinely cares about taking care of customers and making each interaction easy and stress-free. When she’s not keeping the schedule humming, Crystal loves spending time at the beach and hanging out with her two dogs, soaking up everything the Gulf Coast lifestyle has to offer.

Behind our three leads is a crew of licensed, background-checked HVAC technicians, installers, duct cleaning specialists, and insulation installers. Every single team member is trained through Daycool Academy, drug-tested, and held to the same standard: show up on time, do the job right, treat the customer like family, and leave the house cleaner than you found it.
